Eligibility

• Winners should be 21 years and above and provide valid email id, contact details and must be resident in the UAE with valid passport and visa.
• Employees of Bankonus or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries or licensees and their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Only OTP verified entries will be eligible for Raffle Draw.

Selection of Winner

• The winners will be selected through electronic draw.
• If a selected winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, or fails to claim their prize within the period of 30 days, that winner will forfeit the prize. If, having attempted to contact a winner and a substitute winner, we are unable to award a prize, we reserve the right to consider the prize unclaimed.
• This process is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Non-winners will not be notified.
• By entering the Raffle, your consent to us passing your details to the prize provider (as applicable) and any relevant third parties for the purpose of contacting you in the event you are a Winner. By entering the Raffle, you also consent to us announcing your first name, when the prize is to be offered.
• By accepting a prize, Participants consent to the use of their name, county of residence, age and/or prize information for promotional and other reasonable purposes without further payment, except where prohibited by law. A winner may be requested to participate in our reasonable marketing and promotional activities.
• By entering the Raffle Draw, you expressly consent to any photos or videos of events connected with the prize that may be posted on our social media accounts or website and agree to sign all necessary releases to document this express consent.
• If you are a winner and you submit and expressly consent to any material, including but not limited to photographs, videos or testimonials, to us for use or publication in connection with our reasonable marketing and promotional activities, including but not limited to our official social media activities, you waive any right you may have to inspect or approve such activities and you release and discharge us from any claims or liability relating to our reasonable use of your material.

General Conditions

• Duplicate entries will be disregarded.
• We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify any individual or Participant we find to be actually or presenting the appearance of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle Draw or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions or in a manner that is inappropriate, unsportsmanlike, not in the best interests of the Raffle Draw, or a violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• You may use only one (1) mobile number to participate in the Raffle. Any attempt by an entrant, or any other person, to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different mobile numbers, email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification by Bankonus, in its sole discretion.
• Do not violate the rights of any third party, including, but not limited to copyright and trademark rights.
• Be in “good taste” and in keeping Bankonus brand image and must not be explicit or offensive, as determined by Bankonus, in its sole and absolute discretion;
• Prize will not be transferred to any other participant or person, upon the request/decision of the winner.

Miscellaneous

• Amendment: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time, in our sole discretion.

• Entire Agreement: Participation in the Raffle Draw constitute Participants full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
• Waiver of Liability: Neither , Bankonus nor the prize providers (as applicable) will be responsible or liable for: (i) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or other conditions beyond their reasonable control; (ii) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (iii) any disruptions, losses caused by events beyond their reasonable control; (iv) any postponement, delay or changes that may impact on the prize caused by events beyond their reasonable control; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Raffle;(vi) No refunds or replacements will be owed on the prize (product) as a result of changes to the advertised promotion, or otherwise;(vii) any damages, or fault with the prize.
